Dr. Kevin Smith

Optometrist

Dr. Kevin Smith is the Director of Optometric Services at Advanced Vision Care. He grew up in Louisiana and earned his undergraduate degree from Louisiana Tech University before attending the University of Houston College of Optometry. Dr. Smith has extensive expertise in bifocal and specialty contact lenses, particularly for patients with astigmatism. He is a licensed therapeutic optometrist in Texas and an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association.

Dr. Smith and his wife, Wendy, live in Arlington with their three children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his two grandsons, following his favorite sports teams, staying active, traveling with his family, and cheering on his daughter’s club volleyball team.
