Dr. Charles A Foster II

Optometrist

Dr. Charles Foster is a 1977 graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry. Dr. Foster has been serving the Cedar Hill community since 1990. His professional interests are diabetes and how it affects the eyes, specialty contact lens design for challenging prescriptions, and medically necessary contact lenses for corneal issues such as keratoconus. 
 
Dr. Foster and his wife Margie have been married for over 40 years. They have been blessed with 2 sons and eight beautiful grandchildren. Dr. Foster has been a member of First Baptist Dallas for over 45 years. He is presently a deacon there and serves as a mentor for “The Nearly Wed Seminar,” a class for engaged couples.
